NCR RealPos80c

IBM introduced new models into the SurePOS 700 Series product line. There are three models which include the SurePOS 720 (Value Model), the SurePOS 740 (Performance Model) and the SurePOS 780 (Leading Edge Model). These new products should replace both the IBM SurePOS 730/750 and the IBM 4694 because they offer better price performance, higher processing speeds (up to Pentium 4 – 2.4 GHz) and support legacy IBM 485 peripherals such as printers, keyboard and customer displays and scanners. The existing SurePOS 750 was deleted from the table above because IBM officially discontinued the product. Although IBM discontinued Series 4694 models, the information was left in the comparison table above because they still ship many of those models.
